Women's Clothing and Accessory items purchased online will be shipped based on weight, size and value.
Home furnishings bought online will be shipped at buyers expense. Home furnishings purchased ONLINE, which require shipping outside of the Bay Area, must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
Home furnishings purchased ONLINE, which will be picked up at our store OR delivered to a Local Bay Area address, must be returned within 1 day of purchase.
Items purchased ONLINE must be returned in the same condition as they were at time of purchase. ONLY in store credit will be given.
ONLINE purchases of Handbags, Jewelry and Items on sale will NOT be accepted for return.
IN STORE purchases are NOT returnable.
